We make paperboard air filter frames. We can make just about any size frames you need.
We make die-cut frames with full-color printing capability.
Materials we use:
Our most popular frames are made from .024″ CNK beverage board also known as 024″ paperboard. We cut these in our Miami facility. We have coated or uncoated paperboard from .016″ to at least .040″.
Frame sizes:
Filter King has hundreds of standard dies already made. We can make just about any size filter frame you are looking for.
Die Cut Filter Frames:
At Filter King, we can make any size die-cut filter frame. We have some of the best die cutters in the industry. If you need a run of odd-ball size standard size frames made, just let us know.
Need Samples?
If you need to see our die cut frames before you make your order lets us know. We have a sample table to make prototype filter frames before making dies. This will save you time and on tooling cost, and guarantees you get the right size frame you are looking for.
Printing:
We offer a wide range of printing options. Anything from a simple arrow and size printed on the frame to full-color options with QR codes or UPCs.
Order Quantity:
We manufacture paperboard air filter frames in long and short runs. We can run as little as 1000 frames per skid.
Lead Time:
We work fast, most orders go out the same week.
Our Facility:
We have the ability to print, sheet, and die-cutting all on site. We are a one-stop shop. This allows us to get orders out faster. Our Miami Plant was designed for the pleated air filtration frame industry. We can make deep pleats or ½”, 1”, 2”, 3”, 4”, 5” thick HVAC frames.
What we have in stock
We have over 1500 rolls of CNK paperboard in stock in Miami ready to be sheeted in our Maxson 50” Sheeter. After we sheet we send it to our Young Shin 1040S Die cutter.
