Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Here's what you need to know about our shipping:

Free Shipping for Orders Over $50

  • Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.
  • Orders must meet the minimum purchase requirement of $50 after discounts and before taxes to qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Outside the Contiguous United States

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders are shipped “best way”. All orders will be placed on ship hold until you are quoted a freight cost and paid over the phone.
  • Canada orders are shipped via USPS and shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your order items and your location. Please note that any customs duties or taxes imposed by Canadian authorities are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes

Order Processing

Most sizes ship within 3-5 business days.

Custom sizes ship within 7-10 business days.

Delivery

FedEx Ground delivery time ranges from 3 to 5 business days after shipment within the contiguous United States (based on location and carrier).

  • Delivery times are not guaranteed due to COVID19*

Changes to delivery addresses after shipment cannot be rerouted however, they can be rejected and returned back to the sender.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

We will accept returns of standard-size air filters within 30 days from the date of delivery. The returned filters must be in the original, unused condition and should not be damaged. In case you have received damaged filters and to request a return authorization, please contact us.

Please note that custom-sized filters are not eligible for returns.

The responsibility for return shipping costs lies with the customer. You may use your own return label and ship it back to the following address:

Alternatively, you may request a paid return label directly from us.

Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment minus the cost of shipping if a paid return label is provided.
