Free Shipping for all Orders
- Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
Shipping Outside the Contiguous United States
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders are shipped "best way". All orders will be placed on ship hold until you are quoted a freight cost and paid over the phone.
Tracking information will be emailed to you directly after shipment.
Estimated delivery times depend on FedEx, depending on your state. We will ship your order from the facility that's closer to you. Transit time is 2-4 days.
Changes to delivery addresses after shipment cannot be rerouted however, they can be rejected and returned back to the sender.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
We will accept returns of standard-size air filters within 30 days from the date of delivery. The returned
filters must be in the original, unused condition and should not be damaged.
In case you have received damaged filters, please contact us to request a return authorization.
Please note that custom-sized filters are not eligible for returns.
The responsibility for return shipping costs lies with the customer. You may use your own return label
and ship it back to the following address:

Alternatively, you may request a paid return label directly from us.
Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment minus the cost of shipping if a paid return
label is provided.

order, date of order, and reason for return.
