Shipping Policy

Orders within the contiguous 48 States are eligible for Free Shipping when you order 2 or more filters.

International orders will be placed on ship hold until you are quoted a freight cost and pay over the phone.

International shipping includes Canada and Hawaii. Canadian shipments are delivered using USPS Priority Mail.

We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex.

Order Processing

Most sizes ship within 2 business days.

Custom sizes ship in 5 business days or less.

Changes to delivery addresses after shipment cannot be rerouted however, they can be rejected and returned back to the sender.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know and we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

All items must be in their original condition and in their original packaging.

Custom sized filters are not eligible for returns.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may use your own return label and ship it back to

Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment minus the estimated cost of shipping.
