First, thank you Matthew, in Customer Service, for your help with the coupon code that I overlooked on this, our first order. You went above and beyond with the discount and with the very fast shipping. We received our order of 12 "Filter King MERV 11 filters, on 8 April 26. The box arrived perfectly intact, all 12 filters well preserved from shipping. We bought these filters to replace the previous "high flow" (and washable) filters, once recommended by a previous HVAC company. Our friend/neighbor who works in Industrial HVAC systems, however, recommended these filters for both fine dust (construction dust) filtration, and sufficient flow for our particular systems. The filters look like quality units and definitely seem to flow well with the twin HVAC systems we have. Unlike the washable high-flow filters, we can tell a noticeable improvement in air quality after the first day/night use. Since that time (about 1 month's service), we have definitely noticed a better air quality overall Thanks Filter King
